EV infrastructure developer & operator

Built on the right ground.
Run for the long term.

Summit finds strong locations, develops charging infrastructure on them, and operates the assets for years. Reliability starts before the first shovel, at site selection.

Locations

Where we're building.

Equipment standard

We don't build chargers. We're picky about whose we'll run.

Anything Summit deploys has to clear all five. We'd rather delay a site than open it with equipment we don't trust.

  • Proven in the field

A real installed base and a service history we can check. Not a launch deck and a pilot unit.

  • Serviceable in place

Modular power stages and field-replaceable cables. If a repair means pulling the cabinet, the stall is down for weeks.

  • Open protocol

OCPP-compliant, so hardware answers to our systems and no vendor can strand a site.

  • Parts actually available

A committed spares pipeline and lead times we can stock against.

  • Built for the climate

Rated for the actual location. Desert heat and freeze-thaw break different things.

For site hosts

You own the property. We own the problem.

Retail, hotels, municipal lots and multifamily properties get charging on site without becoming charging companies.

No capital from you

Summit funds, installs and owns the equipment under a site agreement. You provide the parking and access to power.

Guaranteed rent

Summit rents your stalls at a flat fee, paid for the full term whether the chargers are busy or not. Revenue you can plan around.

No operating burden

Pricing, payments, driver support, maintenance and the electricity bill are ours. Your staff never troubleshoots a charger.

Dwell time

Drivers park on your property for the length of a charge. For retail and hospitality, that's foot traffic on a schedule.

Common questions

Asked on almost every site walk.

What does hosting a Summit site cost us?

Nothing. Summit funds, installs and owns the equipment. You provide parking and access to power, and collect flat rent per stall, guaranteed for the term.

Who pays the electricity bill?

We do. Energy costs, demand charges and rate management are ours, planned in from the start.

What happens when a charger breaks?

Monitoring opens a ticket automatically, spares are already on hand, and your staff never troubleshoots a charger.

How long does a build take?

It depends on your utility and permitting. After a site review we set a realistic schedule rather than promising a date we can't hold.

What kinds of properties are a fit?

Retail, hotels, municipal lots and multifamily, where traffic and electrical service support it. If a site doesn't fit, we'll say so.
